Tammy Abraham has reportedly demanded a new deal from Chelsea FC worth £130,000-a-week to extend his stay at Chelsea. England international has demanded that he is paid the same as fellow academy graduate Callum Hudson-Odoi.
Callum handed a bumper new contract to fend off interest from Bavarians, is three years Tammy’s junior and has started only seven times in the PL this campaign compared to 24 starts for the striker. Abraham’s current £50,000-a-week contract continues to 2021
Tammy has been unethusiastic to commit his future to Chelsea, waiting to see their movements in the transfer market before agreeing to sign. He will only sign a contract if it at least matches Callum’s £120,000-a-week plus bonuses deal, while he is also using new addition Timo Werner’s £170,000-a-week deal as a bargaining chip in talks.

The 22-year-old centre-forward, who spent last campaign on loan at Aston Villa, has netted 15 goals for Blues this campaign but has struggled for form in recent times. The English striker has failed to score a goal in his past 10 matches for the club and was dropped by Frank Lampard for the 3-0 victory over Watford on the weekend.
Frank said of his situation: ‘Tammy’s contract is not at a critical level and I will leave it to him and the club to discuss. He has had a really good season. He needs to focus on giving us that Tammy we had earlier in the season when he was scoring regularly. You could see it in his demeanour through the week, that is what he needs to sustain all the time.’
